What to buy for a diet:
- Fruits: Lemon, apples (11 pieces, green and sweet);
- Fresh - chicken eggs (22 pieces);
- Vegetables, in principle, other than potatoes, you will have to give up for 11 days, according to the starch in composition;
- Greens (more, better than);
- Kefir (normal freshness, low-friendly dairy products, only the appetite collapses) - 500 ml per day;
- Great to avoid mineral water (can be gasless), constipation and swelling problems;
- Buckwheat and barley (by a package);
- Cheese (optional, can be replaced by cottage down).

11 days Menu:
Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (hot look);
Breakfast:Baked eggs and buckwheat in a water bath drinking tea / coffee;
Lunch, After 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;
Dinner:Palvka, cooked in a water bath, a vegetable salad with herbs (season with olive oil or sour cream), with any B / Sugar drink);
Snack in the afternoon:Eggs in any form, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumber, mineral water;

In a dietThere is no meat, perhaps is that it is called a budget.But we buy the protein from eggs - cheap and very rich.Also, grains - buckwheat and pearl barley, a number of minerals and vitamins that help become more elastic, cleanse the intestines smoothly and gently.
With the monotonous diet, such a short diet is not required to increase sports, training and physical activity.Not in line with body nutrition, no longer loads are nothing.However, it does not exclude healthy walking, single sleep and skin care (self-mass, bath, meditation).
